Thursday's freezing fog left a frost on the cars & roofs, then dissipated leaving today mild and even warmish. Exiting the barber's I didn't bother zipping my coat but trotted between the traffic of Dundee Terrace and stuck my head into the flat.

December's orange-pink skies seem also to have fled, and it's been a slightly blue-tinted gray up there this week.

I am making a serious effort to clear my desk. Chance favors the prepared mind.
