A good sauce: lime juice, garam masala, cumin, turmeric, soy sauce, and ketchup. Use less lime juice than I did, however, which is to say a quarter of a lime would have been PLENTY for one person. Go wild on the garam masala, that's the key ingredient. Ketchup works fine thought it doesn't sound like a gourmet ingredient.

Remember when I used to make nice precise recipes (har! anagram geek!) like this one? Those were halcyon days. Rest assured that I'm working hard on this medium, though in a very different way than by writing detailed recipes.

The Astros have been in even worse shape, using three starters with less than two years of major-league experience. Signing Clemens to go with right-hander Roy Oswalt and left-hander Andy Pettitte again gives them a legitimate Big Three once again. If Clemens, after several minor-league tuneups, proves anywhere near as good as he was last season, he will give the team precisely the lift it needs.
