Wow man...I have no idea what typeface creation workflow is like, but I'm guessing it takes patience and real love. And besides, I dig the results.

On the other hand, TextEdit seems to do weird vertical offsetting stuff with the cursor when I type / backspace with it.

Jared: That's odd. I don't have a problem like that in TextEdit--it flows normally for me. Can you send a screenshot? What version of OS X are you on, and do you have any strange plugins?
But yes, loads of patience, loads of tweaking. Luckily I find it real soothing.
