It might the case that someone had tried to send me some packages via the modernistical Amazon Wish List device, and that effort may have been unkindly rebuffed due to the vicissitudes of the shipping ether—i.e. because Amazon had an older address for me.

If that's the case, then that someone should be fortified in the knowledge that the address has been corrected and packages should now flow freely from there to here—and hopefully undeterred in a second effort.
